Cancellation/Change Policy and Other Charges:
Please be advised all changes/cancellations must be made (48 hrs) prior to pickup time.
Reservation Fees are non-refundable. All prices quoted are estimates only. All hourly rates are subject to an hourly
minimum, and are billable from the time the vehicle leaves the garage until it returns. Additional time (after the
minimum) will be billed in 15 minute increments, at the vehicle’s hourly rate. Additional charges may be incurred for
(1) deviations from the requested service, such as extra terminal, extra stops, waiting time, surcharges, etc.
(2) services in areas outside our corporate owned locations. Vehicles in international markets may incur a mileage
charge, in addition to the hourly rate, subject to the time used and distance travelled. Preferred vehicle types are based on availability. Your chauffeur information may be available 30 minutes prior to your schedule pick up and can be subject
to change due to variables beyond our control such as traffic and weather.
